This ritual is intended for women to help heal sex-shame. I have no reason to believe it won't work for non-women, but I designed it specifically with cis women in mind, and it has only been tested in that population. If you are not a cis woman, and use it, I would very much like your feedback.

In this recording, you’ll be guided into a deep trance, where you can really get in touch with your body. Once you’re entranced, I’ll guide you on a journey to the Great Temple of Haran called "The House of Joys", where you will have the opportunity to make an offering of sensual pleasure to Ishtar, the Queen of Heaven and Earth, by sharing with her the joy of having a physical body.

In order to work with this recording, you’ll need a piece of chocolate. If you don’t enjoy chocolate, you can use another kind of candy, or anything else sweet that brings you pleasure. Something that "melts in your mouth, not in your hand" is deal. While it doesn’t require them, you’ll probably want to use headphones. You’ll probably want to be lying down, rather than sitting up. This recording, even more so than others, is something you should be sure you have privacy for. On several occasions, you’ll be asked to speak aloud. You should do so if you can.

The recording itself is about 20 minutes long, but you should schedule at least 30 minutes to yourself. You might want to listen at bedtime; it will guide you to a pleasurable, relaxing sleep. If you’re not planning to sleep, you’ll probably want about 10 minutes afterward to collect yourself and return to your regular state of mind.

All the recording will do is help you relax; nothing will happen against your will; you’re the one doing the magic. If, at any time, you want to stop, just remove your headphones, drink some water, and you will rapidly return to your normal state of mind. By listening, you’re agreeing that you want to meet with Ishtar, make her an offering of your own pleasure, and receive her gifts in return. You should only continue with a trusting and eager heart.
